<p>PlanGTD is a task management software by XThunder Inc. By using the PlanGTD iOS app, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.</p>
<h3>2. Features of the Premium Subscriptino</h3>

   <li>No Ads</li>
   <li>Ability to use attachments up to 1GB.</li>
   <li>Note that this does not include access to our Web interface (which is a different product used for Enterprise. Fee free to email us if you are interested info@XThunder Inc..com).</li>

    - Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. <br>
    -  You can cancel anytime with your iTunes account settings. <br>
    - The current subscription price per user account is $2.99 per month (as of 2019/05/21)

   <li>The materials on the PlanGTD app are provided on an 'as is' basis. PlanGTD makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.</li>
   <li>Further, PlanGTD does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.</li>

<p>In no event shall XThunder Inc. Inc or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the PlanGTD app, even if XThunder Inc. Inc or a PlanGTD's authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.</p>

<p>The materials appearing on the PlanGTD app could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. PlanGTD does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current.
